Join a relaxed, beginner-friendly printmaking workshop for adults exploring the beauty of the natural world through gel plate printing.

Over the course of the session, you’ll learn how to create expressive botanical prints using leaves, grasses, seed heads and other natural textures. You’ll be guided through the process of building layers, creating masks, experimenting with colour and discovering the surprising effects that can be achieved through this printing technique.

Working with a combination of natural materials, paint and gel plates, you’ll create a collection of unique prints to take home. There’s plenty of opportunity to experiment and play with the process, with no two prints ever turning out quite the same. No previous printmaking experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to get a little inky!
